This highly interactive, hands-on session teaches effective ways to communicate your message to a wide variety of audiences you deal with every day, including customers, prospects, staff, management, partners, the media, elected officials, investors, and many others.
June 29: Know Your Audience
In this unique session, you will learn What, Why, and How to communicate with Stakeholders to achieve results. A moderated panel of experts representing the CEO, Banker, Surety, & Operations roles – will help you understand what they most need to know from the CFM and why. Discover how to deliver key information to these critical players.
June 30: Financial Storytelling
In this session, you will learn how to make important points and influence decision-makers using stories to make financial information relevant and meaningful. Drawing from your own and others’ experiences and imagination – you’ll be given examples of how to craft and deliver a financial story to move your colleagues to take action.
